Welcome to the world of Noedelbar Ramen, where we tell you a story about the Japanese fast-paced snack.
Open since December 2012, we offer a variety of ramen soups and typical side dishes, inspired by the seasons and our experiences in Japan. All components
- noodles, broth, toppings and condiments - are made in-house
, something we're particularly proud of.
We like to put our own spin to the traditional recipes
since we believe cooking the Japanese way - fresh, seasonal and healthy - is more important than offering you an exact copy of the original.
Wanna try? We're open every weekday from 12 until 2.30 PM
and on Friday nights from 5 PM
until we're sold out, which is usually around 9 PM.
On weekday evenings (except Friday) and in the weekend, we organise IZAKAYA style dinners for private parties
of 8 people and more. Please message
